We extract the raw material from our quarry in Kırklareli and process it at our factory in Çorlu. We control quality and lead time end to end.
Kırklareli Quarry
At our quartz and silica sand quarry in Kırklareli we extract the raw material and classify it by washing and hydrosizing to achieve a narrow grain distribution and low impurity. Our own quarry means continuity in raw-material quality.
Çorlu Production Facility
At our factory in Çorlu we produce micronised quartz, granular quartz and silica sand. Our grinding and micronisation lines deliver a fine, consistent gradation for applications such as paint, composites and ceramics. From production to packaging, the process is under our own control.
